Body Control Pilates, benefits of pilates.....

Pilates is now recommended by medical specialists for those especially with back problems.

Private 1 to 1 pilates sessions

Pilates - Bodysense UK LtdEvery client is required to start on a 1 to 1 basis. This is the safest way to begin Pilates as any medical injury or condition needs to be established and goals are able to be set. During the initial session, each client will be taught ‘neutral pelvis and spine’, the basics of the use of core postural muscles and breathing. Working on a 1 to 1 basis is always the best situation to achieve the quickest results combined with an individually designed programme.

Pilates matwork classes

Pilates - Bodysense UK Ltd

The pilates classes are performed on mats only without the use of large equipment. To further client progression and motivation, stretch bands, hand weights, foam rollers, wooden poles and balancing equipment are sometimes used. Class numbers are kept low with a normal attendance of 4 to 8 persons.
