Pilates private lessons – 1 to 1 pilates sessions
Every client is required to complete a short questionnaire and to discuss it’s findings with the appropriate instructor prior to starting the first of their Pilates private lessons. This proves to be a very safe way to begin Pilates as any medical injury or condition needs to be established and goals are able to be set. During the initial session, each client will be taught ‘neutral pelvis and spine’, the basics of the use of core postural muscles and breathing. Working on a 1 to 1 basis is always the best situation to achieve the quickest results combined with an individually designed programme.
