SUPERIOR CULINARY COMBINATIONS

We have managed to secure a very talented Italian Chef for our next Workshop, who will be teaching us how to cook Fish, Pulses, Wheat and Gluten Free Options, plus Dairy Free Recipes and ultimately, we'll be enjoying what Ursula will be preparing for our lunch!

Ursula Ferrigno is a Food Scientist and a talented Chef who has written 17 books and also writes for numerous magazines including Good Food, Taste Italian and Books for Cooks.  Ursula teaches both professionals and amateurs how to cook authentic Italian food and often returns to Italy to teach.

The day will last from 10am till 3pm at The Little Baddow Memorial Hall, where you will be armed with lots of interesting facts regarding food by Amber and Ursula, with a cookery lesson and a wonderful meal to eat!!!!

The cost of the course is £65 per person - this includes lunch, printed recipes and a goodie box for you to take home.
