Stewart Heath has a background of over 20 years experience in the fitness and leisure industry. Commencing with a business studies course for the leisure industry at Chelmsford College, he then consolidated and applied many of his skills from fitness instructing, sports injury rehabilitation and a teacher of Anatomy, Physiology and Body Massage, Stewart was introduced to Pilates early in 1999. After completing a course of Pilates, he soon found the benefits of the method and decided to train and qualify as a Body Control Pilates Instructor.
Stewart Heath constantly updates his knowledge and teaching techniques by completing various courses including the theory and practice of matwork and machine work, pilates for pregnancy etc and annually attends the Body Control Pilates Association Development Weekend. Stewart is also registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) as a Level 3 Pilates instructor.
These factors enable Stewart to give interesting and varied classes to help each and every client to stay motivated and to be able to attain their individual goals.
Stewart’s clients vary from the first time exerciser, medical profession referrals, spinal surgery clients, pregnant ladies, professional athletes (inc. Ipswich Town Football Club), to those who just wish to improve their posture.
Amber’s Profile
Amber Heath is a fully qualified Nutritional Consultant, practising in Danbury. Amber presents Nutrition Lectures, holds discussion groups and one to one private consultations. The goal is to promote optimal nutritional health through personalised nutritional programmes, and to improve awareness of the immense benefits of eating for health.
One to one consultations cover food intolerance / allergy testing to identify foods to which your body is incompatible, and advises how to improve vitamin and mineral deficiencies, promote digestive health and enhance energy levels.
Specialist dietary programmes have also been devised for athletes, footballers, cricketers, golfers and snooker players!

Claire's Profile
Claire Hanrahan is a fully certified Iyengar yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga for over 6 years. Claire was first introduced to yoga in 1997, and over the years has explored various styles of yoga including Iyengar, Hatha, British Wheel of Yoga, Vinyasa, Sivananda & Ashtanga. However she particularly enjoyed the precision and attention to alignment that is characteristic of Iyengar yoga, with maximum benefit to your flexibility, strength and wellbeing.
After 6 years of practising Iyengar yoga Claire spent two years of intensive training and assessment before qualifying as a fully certified teacher in 2005.
Claire regularly attends yoga workshops with Senior teachers to update and expand her knowledge and teaching technique.
All teachers of Iyengar Yoga are trained to very high standards and fully insured. All Iyengar teachers are required to maintain their professional development each year to qualify for continued use of the Iyengar mark.
